Install in four steps四步完成安装
About five minutes. Your company email address and password are all you need.大约五分钟。只需要您的公司邮箱地址和密码。
Download下载
Click the blue button. The file is called Mailoo-Setup.exe and is always the newest version.点击蓝色按钮下载。文件名为 Mailoo-Setup.exe，始终是最新版本。
Run it运行安装
Double-click the file. If Windows shows a blue warning, click More info, then Run anyway.双击文件。如果 Windows 弹出蓝色提示，点击更多信息，再点仍要运行。
Sign in登录邮箱
Type your email and password — Mailoo finds the server settings itself. Add your name: it is what customers see.输入邮箱和密码，Mailoo 会自动识别服务器设置。再填写您的姓名——这是客户看到的发件人名称。
Turn on the AI (optional)开启 AI（可选）
Connect your Claude plan in one click — no keys to copy. You can do this later in Settings.一键连接您的 Claude 账户，无需复制密钥。也可以之后在"设置"中完成。
Updates come to you更新会自动找到您
A few seconds after Mailoo starts, it checks for a new version. When there is one, you'll see this message. Mailoo 启动几秒后会自动检查新版本。有新版本时，您会看到这个提示。
- Update now downloads in the background — keep working.点击立即更新，后台下载，不影响工作。
- Restart when it suits you — or it installs when you close Mailoo.方便时重启即可——或在关闭 Mailoo 时自动安装。
- You always jump straight to the newest version. Your mail and settings stay.总是直接升级到最新版本，邮件和设置全部保留。
